Ms. Hankins is an accomplished pianist with many years of experience as both a performer and teacher.

She began playing and performing at an early age. After beginning formal piano instruction at age seven, she became her church’s principal pianist at age ten. Mrs. Hankins has over 40 years experience in sacred music, but has also taught and performed music in a variety of styles. She studied classical piano under Sandra Botkin, professor of music at University of Evansville in Evansville, Indiana.

Mrs. Hankins has been a composer of music since her youth and has recorded several albums with her musical family. She has accompanied soloists and choirs.  Currently, she serves as pianist of a local church and maintains a private teaching studio in Maryville, TN.
